[MC-181026] Can't pause during raid

During a raid, if you press the esc key, you will be greeted with the pause menu, but the game goes on as normal. You can still get damaged, and everything still moves.

You have opened your world to LAN, therefore it acts like a server and pausing doesn't pause the game.
