The bug about thorns enchantment and creeper

When you wear armor with the thorn enchantment and are injured by the creeper's explosion, but survive:
·That creeper's UUID is still there;
·Mobs all can't move.
·No injury calculation has been carried out;
·Unable to speak or input commands;
·You can destroy the block but you won't get anything (under normal circumstances, no matter what you use, there will be an item of that kind of the block you destroyed, such as a torch, etc.);
·Day night cycle continues;
·The most frustrating thing is that you can't save it when you quit the game(Pic 2).
