TNT can apply damage to Invulnerable entities if ignited in Creative mode

TNT Explosion is now applying damage to entities with `Invulnerable:1b` tag

How to reproduce:
1. Go to Creative Mode
2. Summon an Invulnerable entity

/summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable:1b,NoAI:1b}

In this case it have NoAI to stay still

3. Get a TNT, place right next to it and ignite.
Invulnerable entity will die/take damage
