World icons become white when creating a backup of a world and optimizing it

The bug

When optimizing a world and selecting to create a backup, once the world selection is shown again, some of the world icons are white instead of showing the correct image.

It happened to me in 1.16 Pre-release 5 by just clicking Re-Create and coming back to the world list
