[MC-181314] zoglings are un able to deal damage to withers

I had a test to see what the zoglins behaviour was against every mob and it could not do any damage to a wither at all. I don't know if this is a bug or if that's meant to happen. Also the wither doesn't go for the zogling, it just acts like there's nothing there. thank you

Zoglins are intended to be undead mobs. The wither is immune to attacks from undead mobs, and undead mobs will never target the wither. Working as intended.

no but the zoglings are targeting the wither but not doing damage, the wither just had a load of zoglings crowding it.
