Rain is visible through the blocks
Steps to Reproduce:
Just build a block and rain will fall through it.

This was fixed in 20w18a, however worlds opened in 20w17a will remain affected by this issue. You need to optimize the world and erase its cache. For instructions on how to do that, please look at the instructions from MC-179845.
Was the world generated in 20w17a or did you upgrade your old server to this snapshot? This started happening to me after I upgraded the server from 1.15 to 20w17a.
