[MC-18146] Graphic bugs.

The graphics on Most blocks (Around 90%) have become a mess. I am not using any Resource packs, nor have edited any files. I'll add some attachments to what I am talking about. I am not sure if this is just me, or a common problem.

Does this issue remain when closing and reopening Minecraft ?

Yes, the issue remains. They seemed resolve when redownloading the snapshot.

What did you (re)download ? 13w24b or 13w25a ?

13w24b. Seems fine after. Haven't yet tried 13w25a
