Cuando tienes 4 bloques al rededor de un polvo de redstone, colocas un polvo de restone más abajo de uno de estos, luego quitas al bloque que corta la redstone, los bloques laterales no se actualizan de la forma correcta, y siguen estando powered.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-108, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
