When I'm in my house, or even in my strip mine, if it rains, it rains through every block. Well, down in the mine it only rains in certain blocks, but its at floor 11, and shouldn't be able to make it down there. This is not the dripping that usually happens when It rains, this is full rain.

This was fixed in 20w18a, however worlds opened in 20w17a will remain affected by this issue. You need to optimize the world and erase its cache. For instructions on how to do that, please look at the instructions from MC-179845.
