[MC-181670] Entity Name color doesn't work

If I summon an entity with custom colors (ex: /summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {CustomNameVisible:1b,CustomName:'{"text":"ab","color":"red"}'} or /summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {CustomNameVisible:1b,CustomName:'{"text":"ab","color":"#FF0000"}'} ) the colors doesn't work and the CustomName shows white
