Every time i try to use a new resource pack it crashes

what i expected to happen was to change my resource pack
What actually happened was it crashed
i had just got done using the texture ender by dinnerbone it then went onto a server of alphaslime's at 198.123.190.69:15565. i then opened up my options and attempted to load a resource pack and it crashed. I attempted it again and it crashed again. i tried it in single player and it crashed and then in the option menu on the home screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open up Minecraft
2.go to the options
3.go to resource pack
4. attempt to load a odacraft texture i converted useing texture ender
5. Minecraft will crash
