Server Tab List Flickers every roughly 10 seconds

When holding tab on a server every so often it flickers several times. I don't know what actually causes this but it is definitly happening.

I'm not seeing any flickering in this video you attached here. Please make a screenshot showing exactly where the flickering happens.
Also please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Okay will do, I think it has lowered the framerate so that you can't actually see it on the video.
