[MC-18196] Holding an item will not activate buttons, levers, doors, etc.

Holding any item in your hand and using a lever, button, door, anything that changes states by right clicking it will not work. Hold any block or tool in your hand and you can't use anything. The door may seem like it worked if you were to hit the upper part of the door. But if you try and walk through the door is like an invisible force field. Using the bottom part will not work either.

Tails. I just want to say. I searched for this. But there are so many ways to word something like this. But I can't think of them. I am not going to sit here for and hour trying to search for some bug I found and see if someone already made one. It's not that easy.
