On the newest snapshot and when I went to update a map, weird lines appeared through out. I created a new map and it happened to that one as well. I optimized my world, as I saw that fixed another map bug but it did not help.

I found the same issue while playing on 20w18a on a multiplayer server, but was unable to recreate it on a singleplayer world.

[media]the same i have to on multiplayer server the bug alreade exist since 20w17a und you will see that banners linked to a map not show corectly.
we have update the server always from snapshot to snapshot and i have first seen this bug after we update from 20w16a to 20w17a.then we updtae to the latest version to 20w18a and i see that he bug still exist
