[MC-182123] Restone wire isn't rendering on side of some blocks.

Redstone wire isn't rendering on back side of all stairs types and on the soulsand.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-181636 and MC-181524, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
