Campfire Smoke Cannot be Seen Behind Stained Glass.

I was building a bee out of glass to hold bees and nest inside. When I placed the campfire down, I could see the smoke like normal, however, when I left and looked through the stained glass, colored yellow, brown, light blue, and black, I couldn't see the smoke. I included a screenshot of the problem.
