Black texture error

But when I go to version 1.15 onwards when loading a world or entering a server everything looks black, the textures do not load and everything looks black and transparent, I have done many things to try to fix it, my drivers are updated, download the mipmap levels, graphic chunks etc. I have tried everything but it does not work in this version and in the others it does. I would like to know if you could help me fix it my graphics card is an Ati radeon 4300/4500 HD series. As for ram and processor I have what it takes to make me cum.
