Hello!
I'd like to report a bug which happens in the current snapshot.
Recently, I was playing in a multiplayer server (vanilla). I went to grab my fishing rod and started to do fishing. When the fishing bobber starts splashing, it wont let me catch the items from the river. I spoke to the owner of the server about this, and he seems to be confused on what's going on. I came to the singleplayer afterwards, same deal with the singleplayer. I dont know if this bug happens to everybody but I am pretty sure that this is a problem.
I'm sorry, I cannot provide the video as it'll slow my pc and decrease my fps as well.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-181424, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
