Raining in Caves / or Building inside

Rain falls inside the building, or even the underground(etc. caves or abandoned mineshaft). I can even hear the sound of rain in the underground.

(Normally you can't hear it in deep underground, but nevertheless, you can still hear the sound of rain.)

To sum up, the rain is not supposed to falls there, but it's also raining bottom the block.
