[MC-182360] Mending Enchant

I have an enderman farm, and even if I am holding a mending tool and I take of my armor, not all the xp goes to mending the tool.

This is actually already fixed in the snapshots for 1.16 from what I've seen. It is highly doubtful it will be retroactively fixed, but you'll at least have the 1.16 bug fix for this one to look forward to.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-92889, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.

If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
