[MC-182406] Game very blue

The game is today very blue on all games that I play. I checked my display settings and there doesn't seem to be any change in display colour (+ all the webistes that I have open look the same way that they used to yesterday). Weirdly, the worlds look bluer but the menu and title screens look as they should be.

Remove your resourcepack, does the issue still occur? If so, attach a screenshot without a resource pack enabled.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

Are you sure it isn't caused by the resource pack?

UPDATE: It is apparently a problem with the Optifine Shaders that I was using, however this wasn't a problem before and I don't know why. Thank you for your help!

UPDATE 2: Now I've turned on the shaders again, and it's back to normal. I'll contact Optifine ppl if it happens again.
