In my minecraft world (from 20w17a changed to 20w18a), my snow golems will not generate any more snow. Any new Snow Golems still don't generated snow. However, when I generate Snow Golems in new world, they will generate snow.

I think I am in one of the mountains biome. In snapshot 20w17a, this still works perfectly fine. (I have been using the snow golem to farm snow in the previous snapshots.)
Can you check whether the issue persists after optimizing the world (see MC-179845 for instructions)?
I started a new world today but it was not update yet.
Once I updated to 1.16.2, Snow golems won't left snow.
Started a new world, snow golems now left snow again.
