When I open my old world map (the paper map) It seems to be glithed or destorted as if im looking at a map in a nether.

This world doesn't have any problem, I made this world back in 1.13 or 1.14, I updated my map several times in updates but when I updated it today in 20w18a this distortion came up, it seems to be a bug, if you guys can fix it, please do.
