while trading string for emeralds with a fletcher villager, the sell rate of string went up while the other prices went down. I did not anger any villagers and no other villagers raised their prices. the original price was 14 string for a emerald and now it is 35 string for an emerald all other trades on this villager went down by at least 1.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-146373, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
