Snow puppet feet cannot produce snow

Snow cannot be generated at the foot of the snow puppet. I made a strange brush in my archive. but when I made a snow puppet, there was no snow under his feet. snow was generated in versions before 20w18a, except the snapshot 20w18a. I also changed several archives. with several computers, there was no snow. I hope to repair it as soon as possible.😃
