went up to where I have been mining my ice at on top of my mountain. either on 20w18a or 20w19a the ice has since stopped forming. No idea why this is happening.

If you opened the world in 20w17a, it is broken and needs to be fixed. Please check the instructions from MC-179845 and report back if the issue persists after that.
