Salmon spawn rates and count remain high in river biomes while squid spawn rates and count remain low or do not spawn anymore

While observing new spawn mechanics in 20w19a, I noticed only salmon were beginning to spawn while squids did not appear to do the same. At most observations, only salmon were present and squids were completely absent from the situation.
