[MC-183352] Health boost problem

First, if type the command /effect give @p minecraft:health_boost 9999 4 false, then go to the end in Survival mode, your Healthboost effect will be gone and your Hearts will be glitched. And beacase I use command to play Minecraft survival, this problem is VERY annoying

Cannot reproduce in 20w19a, i followed your instructions but the health boost and all the hearts remain correctly after entering the end in survival.

@TheGabro, try doing the same thing in 1.15.2!!! I reported on 1.15.2 man. Type the command --> /effect give @p minecraft:health_boost 9999 4 in SURVIVAL MODE and then go to the end in Survival, kill the ender dragon using /kill @e[type=ender_dragon] and go to the end island using and ender pearl and then see what happends
