[MC-183624] Left Clicking Note Blocks in Survival Mode Makes SOUNDS

So I went to left click a note block in survival mode today, and IT MADE SOUND!??

This is not a bug.

Earlier today I reported another similar bug, wherein I was told that left clicking note blocks to make sound is not intended behaviour.

its supposed to. thats how you tune note blocks it works both ways. its used like this in afk fish farms and is an intended feature
