[MC-183761] Error with the sound of placing blocks on redstone ores

There is a problem with the block placement sound when you place any block on redstone ores as it does not sound. This happens from the 20w 19a

Yes, in 20w19a the bug appears. I notice it in a survival a few hours ago the new snapshot.

It's also an issue in 20w21a.
