[MC-183762] Description of F3+N in help menu still describes the old functionality

A change has been done so that F3+N toggles between spectator and your last gamemode, but the description in the help menu (F3+Q) still says it toggles between creative and spectator.

A suggested fix for this would be to change that message to the following below:

F3 + N = Cycle last game mode <-> spectator
