[MC-1838] can't hear anything coming from game

i open minecraft and go into one of my world any i spawn and i cannot hear anything!!!
please help.

This is a bug that I consistently experience - for some reason the Minecraft sound engine requires prompting to get started, such as clicking on a menu item any number of times from 1 to 300 and beyond.

This Is Indeed A Bug, But It Is Most Likely Paul's Sound Engine Sided And There Is Probably Not Much Mojang Can Do, But Instead Of Clicking Menu Items ∞ Times, Go To Option And In A Lot Of Cases Changing The Volume Does The Trick (When The Sound Engine Fails To Start Up, Which Is What Might Have Happened To You, Your Volume Will Likely Be Turned Off.)

also another problem i'm having is i all the skins in minecraft are dark like black but you can still see the skins.
