Every time I try to connect to any world or server It says that there is a connection issue I have tried to uninstall the game and even went as far as to run it on a Virtual machine and USB. also after it fails to connect I get the message attached I tried to look it up haven't seen an issue like this. Thank you for your time get back as soon as you can.

A quick search on the internet suggests checking your Firewall.
It also seems that it could be caused by an outdated version of Java.
