When generating a new server world on 20w20b with hardcore it generates a bonus chest.
Bonus chest's shouldn't be a part of neither server worlds or hardcore worlds.
The video is a newly generated world as you can see and server.properties is attached so you can check it out.

can confirm this, it is a bug, new survival server created has bonus chest, didn't use any kind of generator settings.
@unknown: If you want the bonus chest, you can add the --bonusChest argument when starting the server (not a well-known feature, but it's been around for quite some time). I haven't tested that option in 20w21a; if it's broken, file a bug report. I think it only applies when generating the world for the first time though.
