I can't use my bow or move my inventory (Help ASAP)

As stated in the summary, certain actions are locked. I can do almost every control except for using an item (such as a bow) and moving items in my inventory. I've restarted the game, changed my email and password, switched controls, used a mouse, tried different versions, etc. Nothing has worked. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. I can shoot bows and do everything normally on creative, however, I can't on survival. Please help ASAP!
