[MC-184223] Drop item and can't pick it up

I can't pick up any items in single player in survival mode. I can pick them up in creative mode and in multiplayer.

Posted a video of not being able to pick up an item. It just teleports. Also, my world is not infinite and it should be. Do you need a video of that too?
