[MC-184672] zombified piglins don't try to stomp on turtle eggs

In 1.15.2/an older 1.16 snapshot when you placed turtle eggs, zombie pigmen/zombified piglins would try to stomp on it but this is not the case in version 20w20b, they just ignore it
