Enderdragon respawns at times

When you go through an end islands portal that leads back to the main end island, there is a chance that an Ender Dragon will be waiting for you. Without bossbar, without end crystals, and the exit portal is intact. Going back to the overworld and returning to the end doesn't fix the problem.
