Hello. I was playing single player on the latest snapshot (20w21a) and my game crashed when loading a new region. I was entering a village while holding a treasure map at the time of the crash, but that may not be related.
When loading the save now, the game will run without issue unless I move in the direction of the village. I suspect there may be a problematic chunk the game is trying to load when I walk that direction.
To me, this issue appears similar to this one except that mine does not involve The End: MC-155620
