[MC-185458] Cracked Nether Brick

Cracked Nether Brick doesn't look as cracked like the other cracked variants like Cracked Polished Blackstone and Cracked Stone Bricks.

I know this site is for bug reports and i figured it was a texture bug because the texture does not look as cracked as the other ones.

It could be considered a minor inconsistency, but I don't see the reason why the crack texture would be a bug.
After all they are different blocks and may be used for different aesthetics purposes.

They have been implemented this way and suggested changes are considered a feature request.
