To reproduce bug:
Place banner on wall ( for example, i took a colored banner)
press f5
look at the top part of the banner
bug
what i expected.
is opaque texture that prevents you from seeing the enchantment glint and end rod particles
what happened..
armor transparency and particles through the banner
