[MC-185587] Windows slows down extreme, high ram and cpu usage.

Crashes, and uses almost 100% of RAM.

Was on 1.14.4, can't select that in affected versions.

Wierd, Task Manager says that javaw.exe uses around 216 MB Ram.

I have a Minecraft Server running on the same time.

Java hard-crashed it seems, the crash report is actually the hs_err_pid18004.log
