[MC-185748] Tall seagrass not in creative inventory

Tall SeaGrass doesn't show up in the creative inventory, I was told to report this here from HelenAngel.

Normal grass and tall grass shows up so there's no reason why SeaGrass and tall SeaGrass shouldn't show up aswell.
