Absorption don't show placeholder for extra hearts

If you eat a golden apple, and take damage, there is not empty heart placeholder shown.

The effect of the golden apples is no longer "health boost", it's "Absorption"

But absorptions hearts regenerate every 30 seconds, so why not showing these aditionnal hearths, it's not like if they disapear forever.
