[MC-18642] reappear

reappearing blocks

What I expected to happen was...:
block breaks without issues

What actually happened was...:
it took three or four times for it to break

Steps to Reproduce:
1. play survival
2. .mine a block
3. . it reappears
3. ...

window 8 has weird key board commands so f3 makes my screen bright

If you're on a laptop, you'll have to press FN + F3 to get the F-key.
