What I expected to happen was...:
chest should contain items
What actually happened was...:
Certain chest do not have any items in them, these include; villarges, pillarges towers and broken never portals.
chest that do spawn items include; mineshafts, underwater temples and ruins and desert temples.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a new world
2. explore world and chest
3. ...
