[MC-186981] Killed player and player did not drop loot

I killed a player and that player did not drop any of the loot. Keep loot was not on. I did not get my loot back and i had a lot of stuff.

Is it possible that they had curse of vanishing on all their stuff?
(also, xbox one java version?)
