I can not go in to skyblock to play it

this bug make me can not play skyblock,it say this server is full and only available VIP or above to go into play,but the weird thing is the player who has not any VIP can go in and any people can go in to play,but why i can not to play,MOJANG please help to slove this bug,my name in minecraft is: Broccoil_LTK,please help me you guys because I want to play skyblock and I love skyblock very much and please help me to slove this problem and this bug ,thx
