[MC-187074] Minecraft World crashes every time you join after disabling the vanilla Datapck

As soon you disable the vanilla daypack with the command the world crashes and can't be opened again. In older versions the game didn't crash. It only removed major parts, like climbing ladders and other.

The version is 20w21a! Because the newer Version causes to much lag. Maybe it's already fixed

It's impossible to disable the vanilla data pack in 20w22a, but if you manage to do that anyway, the game won't crash but you will get an error message.
