[MC-18750] "player was knocked into the void by player" doesn't appear

WHAT I EXPECTED TO HAPPEN: in chat it would say "chilbree was knocked into the void by wilbree2"

WHAT HAPPENED: it said "chilbree fell out of the world"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE;

1. Make a hole to the void
2. Get a player or mob to knock you down the hole
3. See "player fell out of the world"

There is no death message "was knocked into the void" ingame.

I fell into the void, I cannot move and I cannot starve to death to start over at my bed. Game does not say I was killed and it does not say I fell out of the world.
